Mr Cyrous Yassaee founder of Green Yaas

​​Green Yaas company was founded by Mr. Cyrous Yassaee, who has been a veteran in pistachio kernel industry and pioneered and refined many of the processes needed in production of green pistachio kernels. 

Prior to founding Green Yaas as a family business, Mr. Yassaee was the manager of Kerman Happy Nut Export Co, where he worked from June 1992 to March 2015. He was responsible for and managed the development of the production and assembly facilities that produced the original green pistachio kernels.  

He has personally overseen the modern and state-of-the-art Green Yaas facilities and manages the business with his extensive experience and knowledge.

The Green Yaas production process combines the careful mixture of highly automated machineries  and manual stages carried out by trained staff to ensure the quality and grading of the resulting kernels are of the highest standard.
